By accessing or using That Watch App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Description of Service

That Watch App is a personal watch collection management platform that allows users to:

• Catalog and organize their watch collection into watchboxes
• Track wear history and patterns
• Measure and record watch accuracy
• Manage a wishlist of watches
• Submit watch requests and feedback
• View pricing data from various sources
• Look up watch details using AI-assisted enrichment

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription Terms

That Watch App offers the following tiers:

• Free tier: Basic collection management features with limited watch lookup credits (3 free lookups)
• Pro tier: Expanded features with 15 watch lookup credits per month

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

AI-Assisted Features

Watch lookups may use AI (large language models) to enrich watch data. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are informational only and not guaranteed to be accurate
• Each lookup consumes one credit from your account's allocation
• You should verify AI-provided information independently before relying on it

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App, including photos, notes, and collection data ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the App's services to you.

Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree not to upload:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Content that violates any applicable laws
• Offensive, harassing, or inappropriate material

Photo Content

When you upload photos, you represent that you have the right to share those images and that they do not infringe on the rights of any third party. Photos of watches you own are acceptable; photos of watches at retailers or belonging to others should only be uploaded with appropriate permissions.

Feedback & Submissions

Feedback, bug reports, and watch data submissions you provide may be used to improve the service for all users. Watch data submitted to our catalog may be incorporated into our reference database and made available to other users.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content created by us, is owned by That Watch App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Watch Brand Trademarks

Watch brand names, logos, and related trademarks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. That Watch App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch manufacturer. Use of these trademarks is for identification purposes only.

Reference Data

Watch specifications and reference data in the App are compiled from public sources for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or correctness.

Valuations & Financial Information

Important Disclaimer: Any market values, price estimates, or valuation data provided in the App are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional appraisals, financial advice, or guaranteed market values.

• Actual watch values vary based on condition, provenance, and market factors
• Price data may be incomplete or outdated
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuations
• You should obtain professional appraisals for insurance or sale purposes
• Investment decisions should not be based solely on App data

That Watch App is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided through the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the App to facilitate illegal transactions or activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the App without authorization
• Circumvent any security or access controls

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may request account deletion at any time through the App settings. Upon requesting deletion:

• A 30-day grace period begins, during which you can cancel the deletion and restore your account
• After 30 days, your personal data is permanently anonymized and cannot be recovered
• Your right to use the App ceases upon deletion

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Any information provided is accurate or complete

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAT WATCH APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or content
• Financial losses based on App valuations
• Loss of business or profits
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless That Watch App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the App

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which That Watch App operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
